Italian Pesto Bagel
- 2 bagels
- 50 g prosciutto
- 50 g italian salami
- 2 tbsp arugula
- 50 g pesto
- 80 g mozzarella
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Toast the bagels for about 5minutes. For frozen ones, follow the instructions on the box.
- Spread the pesto on the bottom parts of the bagels.
- Add prosciutto and salami.
- Add mozzarella on top.
- For the finishing touch, add arugula and the top parts of the bagels.
