Ingredients

  • 2 bagels
  • 50 g prosciutto
  • 50 g italian salami
  • 2 tbsp arugula
  • 50 g pesto
  • 80 g mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Toast the bagels for about 5minutes. For frozen ones, follow the instructions on the box.
  • Spread the pesto on the bottom parts of the bagels.
  • Add prosciutto and salami.
  • Add mozzarella on top.
  • For the finishing touch, add arugula and the top parts of the bagels.
