Pico De Gallo With Jalapeño
Ingredients
- 2 small red onions
- 400-500 g cherry tomatoes
- 3-4 cilantro
- 1/2 lime's juice
- 1 jalapeño
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes, onions, cilantro and jalapeño and add to a mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon juice on top and add salt & pepper.
- Mix everything together.
