Ingredients

  • 2 small red onions
  • 400-500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3-4 cilantro
  • 1/2 lime's juice
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop the tomatoes, onions, cilantro and jalapeño and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice on top and add salt & pepper.
  • Mix everything together.
