Ingredients

  • 250 g curd
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 100-150 g sugar depends on the sweetness you prefer
  • 180-200 g flour
  • sunflower oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Add curd, eggs, sugar and flour to the mixing bowl. 
  • Mix everything with a fork until the ingredients are combined.
  • Then, finish mixing everything thoroughly with your hands.
  • Form the fritters/pancakes with your hands.
  • Heat sunflower oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the fritters until they're golden brown. Flip them gently using a spatula to cook both sides evenly.
  • Once the fritters are cooked, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve the curd fritters warm as a delicious snack or dessert. You can dust them with powdered sugar or serve with sour cream and jam.
