Ingredients
- 250 g curd
- 1-2 eggs
- 100-150 g sugar depends on the sweetness you prefer
- 180-200 g flour
- sunflower oil for cooking
Instructions
- Add curd, eggs, sugar and flour to the mixing bowl.
- Mix everything with a fork until the ingredients are combined.
- Then, finish mixing everything thoroughly with your hands.
- Form the fritters/pancakes with your hands.
- Heat sunflower oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the fritters until they're golden brown. Flip them gently using a spatula to cook both sides evenly.
- Once the fritters are cooked, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve the curd fritters warm as a delicious snack or dessert. You can dust them with powdered sugar or serve with sour cream and jam.
