Creamy Fish With Asparagus

Creamy Fish With Asparagus

Ingredients
For creamy fish
- 400 g fish fillet I used cod fillet
- 1 tbsp fish seasoning
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp black pepper
- sunflower oil for cooking
- 100-150 ml heavy cream
For oven-roasted asparagus
- 400 g asparagus
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp roasted garlic seasoning
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut the fish fillet into smaller squares and put them in a bowl.
- Add fish seasoning, black pepper and turmeric and coat the fish pieces evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Put the asparagus into the baking dish and coat them with sunflower oil, roasted garlic seasoning, white pepper and salt.
- Put the asparagus into the oven and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until they're roasted.
- Heat up the pan with oil and add the fish. Cook in medium heat for 10-15 mins.
- Pour the heavy cream into the pan and cook for 5 more minutes until it slightly thickens.
Notes
This creamy fish is so good with a side dish of some fried curry rice! Couldn’t recommend it more!
