First prepare the croutons. Slice the bread into squares and put in a mixing bowl. Season with dried herbs and add olive oil. Mix together.
Place the bread squares on a baking tray and cook in a heated 180°C oven for about 10 minutes, or until they become hard and crispy.
Prepare the sauce. In a smaller bowl mix mayonnaise, dijon mustard, minced garlic, minced anchovy, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and grated parmesan. Add salt and pepper at the end and mix everything well.
Now let's prepare the beef. In a hot pan add some oil and cook the meat for 8 minutes. Switch the sides every minute. When it's done, set it aside to cool down.
While the beef is cooking prepare the salad. Cut the romaine lettuce into thin stripes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Add the lettuce to the plates, put tomatoes on top. After that, add the croutons, sauce and parmesan cheese.
Cut the beef into stripes and put that on top of the salad. Enjoy!
