A Delicious Pork Flank Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, soy sauce, apple vinegar, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  • Place your pork in a dish or a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Pour the marinade over the pork. Put the pork skin up.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap or lid, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • When you're ready to cook the pork, remove it from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  • Grill, bake, or pan-sear the pork until cooked through.
