Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g canned corn
  • 3 carrots
  • 4-5 smoked chicken drumsticks or other chicken parts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Cut the cucumber and put it in a salad bowl.
  • Boil the carrots for 20-25 mins until they're soft.
  • Take the meet of the chicken drumstick and cut into small pieces. Add to the salad bowl.
  • Cut the boiled carrots and add to the bowl together with canned corn.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix everything together.
