Tomato Feta Pasta With a Twist

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the baking dish together with peeled garlic cloves.
Cut the chili pepper and fresh basil. Add them to the dish too.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the baking dish as well.
Season everything with salt and pepper.
Pour the olive oil and mix everything well.
Put the baking dish in the oven. Roast everything for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
While the tomatoes are roasting, prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Once the ingredients and pasta are cooked just blend them together until everything is combined.
Serve the tomato feta pasta warm. You can garnish it with some extra basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
Notes
Add a little olive oil to the pot where you boil your pasta. That way the pasta won't stick together!
