Prepare the shrimps. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut or mince the fresh parsley and oregano. Mince the garlic as well.
Melt the butter: In a large skillet or frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Cook the shrimps: Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the shrimps to the skillet and season them with salt, pepper, Italian herb seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they start to turn pink and opaque.
Flip and cook: Flip the shrimps to the other side, add the garlic, oregano and parsley and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice: Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the shrimp in the skillet. Stir well to incorporate the lemon juice with the butter and herbs.
Serve: Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the garlic butter shrimp to a serving dish.
Enjoy: Serve the garlic butter shrimps with some bread, pita or other pastry.
