For the salad

romaine lettuce

For the tahini dressing

Instructions
Cut romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, red onion cherry tomatoes, English cucumber, avocado, cilantro and oregano and put into a salad bowl.
Add canned chickpeas. Don't forget to drain the liquid from the can before adding the chickpeas.
Prepare the dressing by mixing tahini, lemon juice, honey, rice vinegar, roasted sesame oil, crushed garlic, water, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything well. Enjoy!
