Chop green onions and cilantro and put in a separate bowl.
Cut the onion into cubes, mince or crush garlic cloves and grate ginger. Put them all into a separate bowl.
Heat up a pan and add sesame oil. Add ground pork to the pan.
After a few minutes add ginger, onion and garlic to the pan.
In the mean time preheat your oven to 180 celsius.
Add soy sauce and sriracha to the pork. After a few minutes add the remaining herbs - green onions and cilantro.
Once the pork is done, turn of the heat. Beat one egg, add to the pan and stir well. If needed, add some salt and pepper to taste.
Beat another egg. Prepare your table for pastries by putting some flour on it.
Roll the dough and cut it into smaller pieces for the pastries.
Add beaten egg on the sides so the pastries would stick together better and add one spoon of filling to each piece.
Make the pastries by rolling them up and squeezing the edges (check the video for a better visual explanation). Add to the baking tray.
Spread some egg on the pastries and top them with sesame seeds. Cook in the oven for 25-30 mins.
While they're cooking make the dipping by mixing honey-mustard sauce, sweet & chilli sauce and sriracha.
Take the pastries out of the oven and ENJOY!
