Crispy Air Fryer Tofu

When you’re tired of meat, fish and all the other bony creatures, grab a block of tofu and try the easiest recipe in your life – crispy air fryer tofu. It’s so quick to make and you can always add your favorite side dishes, sauces, vegetables, etc. C’mon, start crisping!

Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu best to use extra firm tofu
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder (or granules)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together corn starch, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and black pepper.
  • Cut the tofu into cubes and add to the bowl. Mix everything well.
  • Put coated tofu in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes on 200°C.
  • After 10 minutes shake the air fryer pan and add it in for another 7-10 minutes.
